GCH&CE Goa organized a guest lecture on Food production management techniques, Quality assurance techniques and cost control and its implications on food production operations on 15st March, 2024 for the third-year students of B.BA H&CM. The objective of the guest lecture was to familiarize the final year students with the standard operating procedures adopted in managing commercial food production operations, practices to ensure quality assurance in products and their service, cost control techniques in food production and service operations and its implications on profitability of the operation.
