A workshop was conducted at Holy Cross High School, Bastora, Goa, on the 19th of February 2024, led by Dr. Edgar D'Souza. The workshop had a dual focus: introducing students to the programs offered by the Goa College of Hospitality and Culinary Education (GCHCE) and providing essential soft skills on dining etiquette. The objective was to empower participants with valuable social and career-related skills.
