Wine Appreciation

The SY BBA students of GCHCE had the opportunity to attend a highly informative and engaging workshop on wine appreciation, conducted by Dr. Edgar D’Souza, an expert in Food and Beverages. The workshop covered a broad range of topics designed to enhance the students' understanding and appreciation of wine, with a particular focus on the pairing of wines with various foods and the systematic steps involved in wine tasting and appreciation.
