Plant-Based Cuisine Workshop

The IIC Cell of The Goa College of Hospitality and Culinary Education (GCHCE), in association with the Agnel Institute of Food Crafts and Culinary Sciences (AIFCCS) organised a workshop facilitated by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine on 21st June 2024 at AIFCCE, Verna. This US-based nonprofit aims to educate individuals about the role of plant-based nutrition in preventing chronic diseases, aligning with the Innovation and Incubation Center's (IIC) objectives of fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through local ecosystems.
