On the 19th of January 2024, an extensive workshop took place at the Training Lab of St. Theresa's Higher Secondary School in Candolim, Goa. Led by Dr. Edgar D'Souza, the workshop had a dual focus: introducing students to the programs offered by the Goa College of Hospitality and Culinary Education (GCHCE) and providing essential knowledge on dining etiquette and F&B service.
