GCH&CE Goa organized a guest lecture on Food Cost control and its implications on food service operations on 31st Jan, 2024 for the third-year students of B.BA H&CM. The objective of the guest lecture was to familiarize the final year students with the standard operating procedures adopted in establishing cost control techniques in food service operations, and its implications on profitability of the operation.
